Are you interested in finding out who is on the Maryland Performing Artist Touring Roster? Or maybe you just want to find out more about the Presenting and Touring program at the Maryland State Arts Council (MSAC)!

If any of this applies to you, join us for our third Maryland Performing Artist Touring Roster showcase on Tuesday, October 1st from 4 – 6 p.m. The showcase will include 20 short performances by roster artists. It will take place virtually on Google Meet and will be free and open to the public.

The goal of the showcase is to share the work of Maryland-based touring artists who are willing to travel to a location near you, as well as to further support the hiring of artists and their connections to presenting organizations.

MSAC also supports this kind of collaboration through the Touring grant, which is open to any organization interested in hiring touring artists. Touring grants provide support for the presentation expenses and booking fees of touring artists for events and programs hosted throughout the year. This collaborative program is designed to support Maryland’s network of touring artists and presenters in bringing arts experiences to communities across the state.
