Artist-Educator-Activist on view March 10 – 28, highlights the creative work of rising second year graduate students in the MAT in Art Education and MFA in Community Arts programs. Both programs are housed in The Hurwitz Center in Lazarus and actively encourage students to continue developing as artists; integrating theory, pedagogy, and art practice, to build a greater sense of self as learner, artist, educator, and activist within various social contexts.
