ABOUT THE BALTIMORE MEN’S CHORUS

Since the Baltimore Men’s Chorus launched in 1984, the chorus has provided Baltimore community with a wide variety of exciting choral music. The group has performed across the country in New York City, Seattle, Philadelphia, Annapolis and, of course, Baltimore.

Since 1984, the mission of The Baltimore Men’s Chorus (BMC) has been to provide local men the opportunity to enjoy learning and singing choral music and at the same time have fun socializing with each other.

The Baltimore Men’s Chorus performs two to three full concerts each season. The choir also participates in the annual Baltimore Pride event and other musical events around the metropolitan area. The chorus actively supports efforts of other organizations through singing with and for the City of Baltimore, the Free State Justice Campaign, the New Wave Singers of Baltimore, AIDS Walk and Run, Transgender Day of Remembrance and others.
