In this lecture, scholar Helina Solomon Woldekiros, PhD, Associate Professor at Washington University in St. Louis, will share findings from examining archaeological remains in Ethiopia. Through this research, she will trace the origins of Ethiopian foodways from antiquity and their profound impact on cultural identities across the region.
