Bradley Chriss: Return of the Ash Eater

Chriss’s anxious, psychedelic, and sumptuous gouache landscape paintings are saturated with irradiated color. Focusing on Climate Change and its slow motion trauma, Chriss brings his feelings forward, one voice amongst billions bearing witness to a global ecological disaster.

Bradley is an avid painter and performance artist whose work has been exhibited internationally with notable spaces such as Gavin Brown’s Enterpirse@Passerby, Eyebeam, MOCA:Arlington, American University Museum of Art, Transformer Gallery, Cell Project Space, blank projects, The Company, Goethe Institut Johannesburg, Deutchser Kunstlerbund, Green Papaya Art Project.

The closing celebration and artist talk will be held on May 27th from 4:00-7:30 p.m.
