Central Baltimore Partnership and Motor House are showcasing artists who live and work in Central Baltimore. Art in the show ranges from visual art using spray paint
to street photography. Artists showcased are Grey Dylan, Rosy Sunshine Galvan, Catherine Mapp, B/ue Robin, Nat Raum, Daniela Godoy, Isabel Pardo, and Jewel Tiara Branch, and Michael Young in collaboration with Tedd Henn, Lucia Li, and Setsuhi Shiraishi . Artists in the exhibition represent neighborhoods Greenmount West, East Baltimore Midway, Remington, Charles Village, and Charles North. This exhibition is curated by guest curator Jessy DeSantis.
The exhibition will run until March 2024 and will be located in the building that houses Central Baltimore Partnership, Impact Hub, Neighborhood Housing Services, JHU-MICA Film Center and a number of other non profit organizations. The exhibition will be displayed in the communal hallway of the building, once bare with white walls, will now be beaming with energy from artworks of the community. This exhibition was curated by guest curator Jessy DeSantis who recently curated an exhibition at the Motor House earlier this year.
The opening reception will take place at 10 E North Ave, Baltimore MD 21202 Friday, December 8th, from 6-8pm.
