Dara Lorenzo: Traces
in Gallery II
A solo exhibition of a visually immersive narrative displaying an arrangement of artworks using mixed printmaking process, large scale monotype photogravure prints on BFK Rives Paper.
Through the utilization of visual storyboarding, Dara creates this environment, which is a narrative about the human shared experience. The backdrop settings are within inner and outer spaces and the representation of the mind and my own personal memories. Through this body of work I share these strange moments in between the spaces of our deepest connections. The Why without all the answers, focused upon the feelings of survival, friendship, and collaboration.
