David’s work blends traditional oil painting techniques with unexpected materials like glitter, nail polish, and glass beads to explore themes of queer sensuality, Christian iconography, and pop culture symbolism—especially The Wizard of Oz. In this artist talk, they’ll discuss their influences, materials, process, and the emotional landscape behind his current solo exhibition, Repeat After Me. Come early to see the show!
