Using the elements—earth, fire, air, and water—we will explore the natural synergy between handmade ceramics, food, and mindful eating as a tool for stress relief. Through sensory experiences, including a guided tea tasting, participants will develop a deeper appreciation for functional pottery as a vessel for well-being. By integrating mindfulness, sensory engagement, and an awareness of the materials that hold our meals, we can cultivate a healthier, more intentional relationship with food and everyday rituals. Participants are encouraged to bring a favorite ceramic cup or mug.
