We are at a powerful time in history that has highlighted inequities and changed the ways we work and build together. We have the unique opportunity to collectively take a step back, pause, and shift our systems with intention, creativity, and care for the whole.

Impact Hub is proud to offer a retreat to strengthen our community’s adaptive leadership skills in this time. This leadership retreat is rooted in adrienne maree brown’s “Emergent Strategy: Shaping Change, Changing Worlds”. Participants will be introduced to concepts of emergence and adaptive leadership. We will collectively explore how emergence can be applied in our work, and how we can integrate these strategies into our leadership practices.

We welcome both established and emerging leaders in the field of social change to participate.
