About the band: WHEN THUNDER COMES is a 5-member indie/original band from Maryland formed in 1983 whose genre ranges from post punk to psychedelic rock. Soaring guitar leads, orchestral-celestial-ethereal keyboards anchored by solid bass and drums, topped with strong vocals and catchy harmonies makes their unique sound unforgettable!

Precision song writing and musicianship makes for a variety of upbeat, joyful, hard hitting, melodic music from this band’s extensive post punk-new-wave- psychedelic-rock catalog. Over the past 40 years WTC has released 10 albums to critical acclaim.
