E1507 is a short term rental designed to show people what Life with art might be like. It is a unique business model. We underwrite the costs of shows by renting the space to people on short term rental platforms like AirBNB, VRBO. The flexibility of short term rentals allows us to rotate art and host events including openings and showings without disrupting the guest utilizing the space. For the artists, we provide gallery quality exhibition space (great architecture, white walls, and good lighting) but in a homey environment. It allows their patrons and audience to experience what it might be like to do life with a work of their art.
