Please join us for a gallery talk with Rabbi Sally Priesand, Screenwriter and Photographer Joan Roth, and Curator of Prints and Drawings Robyn Asleson. Learn about the newly acquired portrait of Rabbi Sally Priesand, who became the first woman ordained as a rabbi by a rabbinical seminary, and hear about her inspiring life’s work.
Following the gallery talk, join us for a screening of the film, “A Feminist Lens: The Art & Activism of Photographer Joan Roth”. Afterwards, please stay for a Q&A with Joan Roth.
This program has been made possible through the support of Rabbi Amy and Gary Perlin and other supporters.
