“Welcome to HERE” with Dr. Cheryl Holmes Miller! Join us for an evening of insightful discussion and inspiration with renowned artist, educator, and author, Dr. Cheryl Holmes-Miller. As a founding member of the Duke Ellington School of Arts – which is celebrating its 50th anniversary – Cheryl Holmes-Miller will have a fireside chat discussing her history of design. Dr. Holmes-Miller is the leading voice for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the graphic design industry. She is an American BIPOC communications designer, writer, artist, activist, and theologian, best known as a design justice advocate and decolonizing historian.
