An annual, non-juried exhibit, presented in a salon-style format, featuring works by artists of all skill levels who live, work, or study in Howard County, Maryland. Exhibit will also be available to view online.

A virtual reception will be held on January 22 from 6-7pm, including the presentation of the $500 Covington Emerging Artist Award, presented by HorseSpirit Arts Gallery, and the $500 Director’s Choice Award in honor of the Arts Council’s 40th anniversary.
