STATEMENT

Working with watercolor is a refreshing departure from my usual collage, assemblage and mixed media methods. Relinquishing control to the water was not unlike diving into a pool, eventually coming up for air to witness the unique ripples and waves created by the plunge.

Whether I’m layering textures in a collage or letting watercolor dance across the paper, my work is a testament to the beauty of the unplanned and the joy of experimentation.
