Baltimore-based creative placemaking organization Make Space is inviting 50+ community-centric organizations that center Black and Brown people to attend one of three think tank sessions taking place across Baltimore City.

We will collectively explore approaches to advancing equitable urban planning and development for communities of color. We’re also excited to listen to what organizations and communities need and want to see in terms of housing in their neighborhoods.

As a recipient of the Baltimore City Department of Housing & Community Development’s 2021 Community Catalyst Grant, Make Space is also excited to share exclusive details about:

  • Our live-work housing and cohort programs tailored to artists and creative entrepreneurs,
  • Our community engagement plan, and
  • Our developer round table initiative.

Please share this opportunity with community-oriented professionals and Baltimore residents who would be interested in attending!

Attendees can choose one of three days to attend our think tank sessions, which are taking place at three locations across Baltimore City.
