Writer and human rights advocate Clemantine Wamariya will discuss The Girl Who Smiled Beads, human rights, displacement, and migration with author and scholar Jennifer Ballengee (The Wound and the Witness: The Rhetoric of Torture.) The event is hosted by Towson University.
