This program takes place at Olive Branch Community Church.
Gather for an informal community discussion of the prominent themes in Courtney Vance and Dr. Robin Smith’s book Invisible Ache. The book explores issues of grief, relationships, identity, and race through the telling of Vance’s own most formative experiences, with additional insights from psychologist Dr. Robin Smith.
The discussion will be facilitated by the author Courtney Vance (via video), and Ray Farmer (in person). Farmer is senior director with the Chronicle of Higher Education, a leading new and research publisher for higher education, and officer and elder of Olive Branch Community Church.
