Join singer-songwriter Wendy Lewis in a lively online performance of New Soul music, featuring a mixture of Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Traditional Soul Music (like Motown), and featuring songs from artists like Prince and Jamiroquai, who were proponents of other genres, funk and acid jazz respectively. Experience a feast for your ears as all of these genres meld well together,each contributing in their own way to a soulful, sensual vibe.

Wendy Lewis is a singer-songwriter, who was born in Indiana, raised in Chicago, and came of age in Rome, Italy. Her talent for song and songwriting became a career when she penned her first hit song for the Italian dance charts, “Waves of Luv/In Alto Mare” in 2005. Wendy was also a background vocalist for several Italian pop stars such as Mario Biondi, Alexia, Mike Francis, and Sagi-Rei. She was also lead singer of the Bologna-based funk band, Jestofunk, which toured in festivals and clubs all over Europe.
Some of her most recent songs can be heard in television and film soundtracks, including “Love U Seek/Seek Bromance,” on the soundtrack of the 2018 film The 15:17 to Paris by Clint Eastwood. Wendy’s song “Soul Thing” was featured on an episode of the television show “Sistas,” by Tyler Perry.
