Food writer Mary Beth Albright will discuss how what we eat impacts our emotional well being.  The author explores recent scientific studies in the field of nutritional psychology to identify how certain foods and how we eat them can affect our mental health.   She also provides a 30 day meal plan to promote healthful eating.

Mary Beth Albright is a writer, editor, and executive producer at The Washington Post.  She is a former project director and subject matter expert for the U.S. Surgeon General.
