Galerie Myrtis is honored to announce the Smithsonian American Art Museum (SAAM) will host “Tea with Galerie Myrtis”. Join us for an engaging conversation with Dr. Myrtis Bedolla and special guests as she provides a glimpse into her remarkable career spanning over three decades as a gallerist, art advisor, and curator. Discover the challenges and triumphs she’s faced while passionately championing African American and African Diasporic artists throughout her career. Esteemed panelists include Mel Hardy, Dr. Leslie King-Hammond, Director of the Smithsonian American Art Museum Stephanie Stebich, and Dr. Lowery Stokes Sims.

“Tea with Galerie Myrtis” will occur on Sunday, February 25th from 2:00 – 5:00 pm in SAAM’s McEvoy Auditorium, 8th and G Streets, NW, Washington, DC 20004. Registration is required to attend this free event. Details for registration to be announced.
