Join us for a virtual, hands-on, art making experience with the American Visionary Art Museum (AVAM). Create your very own luminary lantern, just in time for spooky season. AVAM facilitators will lead the workshop over Zoom and provide help and inspiration along the way for all participants. Let’s make something together!

Supplies You’ll Need:

Glass or plastic jar — clear, clean & with label removed

Paint brush

Scissors

Pencil

White glue

Tissue paper cut into small pieces – color is up to you

Black construction paper

Small LED flameless battery operated candle

Optional Supplies:

Hot glue gun

Gems, pom-poms, googly eyes and other bling

Yarn
