Join the Portrait Gallery for a creative writing workshop inspired by the exhibition “Star Power: Photographs from Hollywood’s Golden Age by George Hurrell.” Explore the glittering lives and careers of some of Hollywood’s brightest stars, including Joan Crawford, Marlene Dietrich, Clark Gable, William Powell, Bill “Bojangles” Robinson, Spencer Tracy and Loretta Young. We will use guided writing prompts to develop short stories in response to these iconic black-and-white portraits.  Open to writers of all levels and genres, ages 18+. Free – Registration Required.
