Arts for Learning has been facilitating a four month long training program for 22 teaching artists from the Baltimore/DC area called the Teaching Artist Academy! The training is both asynchronous and in person and covers the following topics:

• Building emotionally supportive and culturally responsive classroom culture
• Trauma-informed Instruction
• Introduction to Restorative Practices
• Collaborative Teaching
• Arts Integration
• Abolitionist Teaching
• AND MORE!

We would love for these artists to work in our programs and also want to ensure that they are aware of the many different opportunities around Baltimore and DC for teaching artists!

With that in mind, will you join us for Nibbles & Networking? You will have your own table for any materials you would like to share. If you would like to invite other organisations, please let us know!
