Pink Pen Theatre, a company dedicated to LGBTQ playwrights, is proud to present a festival of 11 new short plays by local dramatists, entitled Think Pink! Performances are in the Great Hall of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 1900 St. Paul Street, and will run from September 29 to October 15, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 PM, Sundays at 7 PM. Participating playwrights include:

John Bavoso – Internationally-produced dramatist whose full-length script Fag-Gods will premiere at Spotlighters next season.

DC Cathro – Librettist of the acclaimed Off-Broadway musicals The Book of Merman and TILL.

Rich Espey – Three-time winner of the Baltimore Playwrights Festival’s Carol Weinberg Award for Best Play.

Steve Satta – Chair of Towson University’s Theater MFA program and founder of Baltimore’s premier queer theatre, Iron Crow.

Plus several exciting new voices!

The plays will be directed by Bill Kamberger, named “Baltimore’s Best Stage Director” by the City Paper.
