This year the High Zero Festival features five major new works of sound-based art installation at Current Space. This year’s exhibition focuses on the visual as well as sonic possibilities of sound art. The artists we have invited to participate all have strong relationships to the material. The gallery will be filled with several interactive sound sculptures amplified throughout the space. In this way, the gallery itself becomes an instrument for visitors to play, the sounds being malleable and capable of innumerable combinations. The whole space will be a living piece of music open to the public to explore and experiment in the spirit of High Zero.

Installations by:

Laure Drogoul / Neil Feather / Dylan Hay / Asa Osborne / Barbara Schauwecker
