New Work by Trace Miller opening October 12

Current is a great store-front space on Calvert Street in downtown Baltimore. It is located about a block from the Inner Harbor. You’ve probably driven past this space a hundred times and never noticed. Next time, park and stop in. It’s a colorful and graphically beautiful show.

The exhibit included not only paintings and drawings, but a video and sound piece by Emily Slaughter.

Above, another large dyed silk painting by Emily Nachison. This was the image on the invite, but I had no idea how huge it would be. All in all, a good show and a fun night. For more information about the show go to Current’s website.
