I Could be Famous Author Talk w/ Sydney Rende

Sydney Rende has lived in New York City and Southern California, where she had her own odd brushes with celebrities. Her fiction has appeared in Joyland, Carve Magazine, and elsewhere, and she’s dabbled in travel and fashion writing for T: The New York Times Style Magazine and Who What Wear. She has an MFA in fiction from Syracuse University.

Marion Winik is the author of nine books, including The Big Book of the Dead and First Comes Love. Her essays have been published in The New York Times Magazine, The Sun, and elsewhere. A professor at the University of Baltimore, she reviews books for The Washington Post, Oprah Daily, and People, among others, and hosts the NPR podcast The Weekly Reader.
