DC Environmental Film Festival

Tickets are on sale now for the 34th Annual DC Environmental Film Festival. March 19-28, their programs will return to venues across the DMV Area, including museums, foreign embassies, universities, and other cultural institutions.

With the theme Against the Current, this year’s lineup of over 60 films will be a ten-day showcase for the bold storytellers, visionary leaders, and grassroots changemakers who are confronting urgent environmental crises and inspiring action in the face of powerful headwinds.

Notable titles include: the DC Premiere of A24’s Sundance Grand Jury Award winner Nuisance Bear, the Leonardo DiCaprio produced eco-thriller Yanuni, National Geographic’s Secrets of the Bees, as well as retrospective screenings of Hayao Miyazaki classics Ponyo and Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind.
