Ziggy Sayeed “Saltman “

Title: SALTMAN

SALTMAN explores themes of natural life, memory, and identity through the dreamy lens of childhood memories. Despite Sayeed’s young age, he seeks to capture what he calls his living memories as a universal time capsule for the world to feel and remember together.

Sayeed’s analog style features artifacts, blurred and silhouetted figures, and faceless portraits to build onto his goal to create a universal memory, that anyone can see and interpret within their own life. Sayeed is heavily inspired by dreams, films and songs such as Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless mind and Stevie Wonders, Innervisions. Sayeed’s multidisciplinary nature also extends to creating his own films with similar themes of dreamscapes, memory and identity.
