Zeshan B is a Chicago-based singer, songwriter, composer, and educator whose work bridges American soul, gospel, classical music, and South Asian traditions. His music has been featured by Rolling Stone, NPR, PBS, Salon, and Democracy Now!, and he has performed everywhere from the Apollo Theater and Lincoln Center to the Kennedy Center and the White House. His debut album Vetted reached #1 on the iTunes World Music chart and #8 on Billboard’s World Albums chart. Through performances and lectures alike, Zeshan explores the ways music connects people across cultures and generations.
