INTERVAL Hi-Fi Listening Room is a high-fi sonic theater staged in the Jewish Museum of Maryland’s Long Gallery and designed for deep, immersive listening experiences. The sonic environment is animated by an exploration of the numerous ways that Jewish people have contributed to musical arts over time.
In collaboration with JS Audio and Topos Graphics, the Museum’s Long Gallery will be activated throughout the presentation of the installation by audio curators, audiophiles, record producers, musicologists, DJs, and others who will sonically share a vast spectrum of Jewish connections to recorded music.
