Lillian Jacobson

Executive Assistant

Lillian Jacobson is the executive assistant at BmoreArt, an arts advocate, and a Baltimore-based figurative painter with extensive experience in strategic initiatives, project management, and community-centered programming.

She has held roles with organizations including the Fine Arts Office at the Maryland State Department of Education, CityLit Project, and the Maryland State Arts Council, where she has supported initiatives that expand access to the arts. Lillian volunteers with Maryland Citizens for the Arts and formerly served on the Kennedy Center’s Community Advisory Board, resigning in 2025 in protest of the institution’s dismantling of its Social Impact programs. One professional highlight includes leading the Maryland statewide “I Voted” sticker initiative to select three Maryland-themed sticker designs from elementary, middle, and high school students. These designs are now permanently used in elections.

Lillian was a 2025 Janet & Sondheim Art Prize finalist. She holds a BFA in Painting from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
