I took these photos while taking notes for a forthcoming review. All the prints were framed in matching, simple wood frames and it ties the show together beautifully, but it doesn’t make for good photos. Regardless, here is a peek of the First Impressions exhibit at Stevenson University. -CO

St. Paul Companies Pavilion Art Talk: November 13, 4 p.m. 
 Since founding Sol Print Studios in 2009, artist Soledad Salamé has been dedicated to mentoring artists in the fine art and nuanced techniques of printmaking. She has created a collaborative, collegial and intimate environment where concept and aesthetic considerations are explored and superior work is made. 
First Impressions features the work of Gloria Askin, Joan Belmar, Oletha DeVane, Joe Kabriel, Katherine Kavanaugh, Randi Reiss-McCormack, Gabriella Morawetz, Christine Neill, Pamela Phillips, Leslie Portney, Soledad Salamé, Joyce Scott and Ruby Yunis.
