In conjunction with the 2012 Internship + Career Fair, on Friday, March 30 from 1:00-4:00pm:
Fine Artists with Full Time Jobs panel, one of three alumni panels we will be hosting on Friday evening, after the fair, from 6:00-7:30pm in Bunting 110 on Friday, March 30.
The participants will be:
* Michelle Hagewood, GFA ’02, Painter + Education Associate at The Guggenheim Museum
* Fawad Khan, Illustration ’01, Painter + Graphic Designer/Art Director of Marketing for White House Black Market
* Joshua Haycraft, Mt. Royal ’10, Video Artist + Faculty at The School of Design, Westwood College
* Rachel Selekman, Visual Communications ’85, Sculptor + Archivist at The Dan Flavin Estate
They will be discussing their paths from students to successful professional artists, including how they manage to pay the bills and simultaneously maintain a rigorous studio practice.
