Inspired to Create: Water’s Edge
National Museum of the American Indian
4th & Independence SW
Washington, DC 20560
Thursday, November 19, 2–3:30 PM
Take an art break to make a small artwork of your own, following the “Closer Look” program in Water’s Edge. A museum arts educator will guide you in a hands-on art experience inspired by Truman Lowe’s use of willow branches and light. Participants will play with shadows using willow branches and light to trace the shadows they create.
