Resident Artist Talk:Rachel Martino

Join us at 7pm on Tuesday, July 7 for an artist talk by current one-month resident, Rachel Martino!

Rachel Martino is a metal fabricator with a personal practice in craft. They have worked for a variety of artists and contributed to projects at the Baltimore Museum of Art, The Smithsonian Gardens, and the Harriet Tubman Cultural Center. Born and raised in New York, their connection to craft and labor was imparted at a young age by their grandmother. They see the act of making as a generational life practice they are proud to uphold.

Rachel’s talk will be accessible both live in the studio and over zoom.
