Tribe 55+ Presents: Rose A. McNeill — Pausing to Find Beauty in Everyday Life | Workshop + Walk

Tribe 55+ launches its Autumn Solo Exhibition Series with photographer and mixed-media artist Rose A. McNeill, whose work invites viewers to slow down, look closely, and discover beauty in the everyday. Her October exhibition is part of Molding My Truth: Shaping My Story, Tribe 55+’s yearlong Literary and Visual Arts Residency at the Benjamin Banneker Historical Park & Museum in Catonsville.

Tribe 55+ is a growing collective of Black women literary and visual artists ages 55 and older, creating opportunities for artistic expression, cultural storytelling, connection, and creative aging. The 2026–2027 residency will feature 12 solo exhibitions by Tribe 55+ visual artists, artist talks, workshops, literary programming, and community events throughout the year.

Rose McNeill’s exhibition opens Sunday, October 4, 2026, 2–4 PM, followed by a Gallery Walk & Artist Talk on October 11, 2–4 PM, and a Workshop & Walk on October 25, 2–4 PM.

Location: Benjamin Banneker Historical Park & Museum, 300 Oella Avenue, Catonsville, MD.
