Aya Dixon is a Baltimore native with an interest in mixed media and photography, a connoisseur of food and fashion. After a formative education at the Baltimore Design School and a performing arts practice with Sankofa Dance Theater, Aya worked at the Dollhouse Boutique in Mount Vernon as a junior wardrobe stylist. She went on to study fashion design at North Carolina A&T State University, graduating in May 2021 with a degree in Family Consumer Science concentrated in Fashion Merchandising and Design. In addition to working with BmoreArt to build strong relationships with area businesses, organizations, and institutions, Aya designs bold and vibrant street wear for her own clothing brand All You Are (A.Y.A), founded in June 2017 as an unapologetic expression of self.
