Fanni Somogyi is a sculptor and writer originally from Budapest, Hungary, and currently based in Baltimore. She completed her BFA at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Interdisciplinary Sculpture and Creative Writing. Her sculptural work explores cross pollinations, hybrid creatures and speculative scenarios. She writes criticism, poetry, essay, and short fiction, with particular interest in the scientific and environmental.
